Perched high in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Biosphere Reserve, this boutique farm and hotel is a testament to three generations of the Rivas Chacón family’s dedication. Their natural Geisha has earned back-to-back Cup of Excellence honours, including this year’s #11 placement in the Natural category.
Tiff explains, “When scoring Campo, the tartaric sparkling acidity was really interesting, followed up with a long and sweet aftertaste.”
